Crackle… Crackle… Crackle… I feel the seizure coming on. Right at that instant I can tell it will be a big one, the biggest I have had for a long time. Except there is one thing, this seizure was actually painful. I didn’t feel my spirit leave my body; I didn’t feel like I was flying high above, I felt like I was stuck in this dead body and was never able to escape.
Instead of imagining myself walking or talking or sitting on the needle, I imagined myself trapped in a cold dark room with no windows or doors. As I begin to examine the room I suddenly come out of my seizure, first my hearing comes back and I can hear my dad talking in a faint voice, “Shawn, I really regret doing this but it feels to me like I have no choice, I love you and I never imagined myself doing this but something in my heart is telling me I have to end your suffering, but another thing is telling me your not suffering. Whatever I choose to do to you I know I will make the right choice.” Right then I could feel a tear stream down my face, and then a couple more pour out of my eyes. Then my vision comes into clear view and I see my dad crying also.
Then my head jerked over forcing me too look at the blank wall. My heads jerks the other way and I see my dad peering over me with my pillow, I realize the pillow was descending down toward my face, the closer it came the more frightened I became. Finally I felt it smashed against my face, now I can’t breathe, see nor hear.
A couple minutes later, I could feel myself flying above again, like I was free and nothing was holding me back, I was flying high into the sky looking down onto the city of Seattle. I could feel the wind pass right through me, it felt wonderful, and then right at that instant I came back to reality and noticed I was dead. I was an angel flying high in to the heavens, my ancestors awaiting my arrival, finally I arrive at the gates of heaven, and my great grandmother is the first one I meet up with. She walks with me in through the gates, and right then, I began my life after death.
